Kryptanate: The essence behind metal protection.
Kryptanate is a polyurethane- Polyurea hybrid polymer, which when applied to metal substrates reacts instantly coating the metal with an extremely tough waterproof membrane.
Due to the complex micron structure within the molecular DNA of Kryptanate, it has been developed to produce between 150-500 microns in a single coating, making Kryptanate highly cost effective as only one coating is required.
Kryptanate is a 2 component product, like Impermax 2K it requires a hot spray machine application method, which equally heats both components separately ensuring the products homogenise.
Mixed at a ratio of 1:1 the 2 components intermix at the point of the spraying nozzle. This is highly effective as it ensures concentrated accurate equal component integration.

Kryptanate is a non flammable, aliphatic product, binding gloss and colour retention, resistant to weathering affects with strong corrosion resistance ability. Offering a rapid cure time, holding the ability to cure at low temperatures, typically dry within 45 minutes, fully curing after only 48 hours. When applied at 400g/m², with an average temperature of 20°C & 60 r.h.
Kyptanate provides a hardy low maintenance option, compatible with anti-slip Quartz sand blends formulated to be the perfect product for providing the ultimate metal surface protection. Typical applications include steel football stadiums, wind turbine towers & engine houses.

Non-slip requirements- e.g. stadiums where a non-slip surface is necessary, our specially adapted hot spray machines can be utilised, spraying quartz at the same time at the Kryptanate.
