The system will involve an aromatic Base Layer of 1.2kg per sqm Hand Applied with a roller- which will not run even on a large Sloping Metal Roof (15 degrees ) After the Base Layer has dried an Aliphatic UV Top Coat ( Ral 7001 light grey or other pigment colour ) can be hand applied. This UV top coat will be applied at 600-700 gms per sq.m – giving a total thickness of 2kg per sqm
